Absolute Rude staff !!!! They steal fish pieces if they cut and clean for you . They won’t let you stay in the shop once you finish paying. I just wanted to see from outside where they clean the fish but the guy and other lady rudely said “ no you can’t stay and have to wait outside” listen customers , check your fish pieces before leaving . They are thieves !!!!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I am sure the staff doesn't even know the spelling of being 'friendly to customers'. Been there 3 times in total and everytime I have had the same feeling. Yesterday we bought a whole fish and wanted to cut it into cutlet pieces. The lady rudely replied that they have only one size to cut. After coming home , I realised that the pieces are really large and hard to fry in a fry pan. I usually buy fish in Glenquarie Town hall. They cut the fish to our desired size. Then why can't these people do as per customer's needs??? I believe that the crowd in this shop is only because they have a variety of fishes and prawn and those are fresh too. I seriously wonder how the reviews have so many 5 stars.. Dear staff members. Kindly learn to be friendly with the customers and greet them with a smile. We pay for what we buy and you are not giving anything for free..

Dear Casula fish market customers Just let uz know that u have to b very carefull what u buy and see in yr bag after u purchased The weight if u had yr fish or anything cut & cleaned Cuz I brought 4 lobster tails Yep ask her 4 Had it weight , not cheap priced & a kg of tiger prawns came to $189 ‘s since it was new years I didn’t mind feeding my family Guess what from the scale to my bag one tail disappeared Since it was very bizzy I didn’t check Came home , opened the bag only three was there Vvery disappointed I rang them bt no answer I tried several times still no answer So thought of driving bk there Talk to same girl who very surprised to see me Ask her were my forth lobster tail was ? She said they will look in serval lace camera & see if she didn’t put she give me the tail that paid for & stoped me from see going in the bk cuz of health Hazard He came out yup she only charge u for So can pick three tails & weigh it Sure it was one tail short The nerve of her That will b $35 please I looked @ her Do u honestly think I will pay other $35. Than she happy new year I got out & looked bk inside & found them giggling I hope Allah will punish them chatting people like that Sooooo b careful what u buy & check Your bags after purses Thanks
